1. Preparation
Embossing silicone ink KD-6020S
Embossing silicone catalyst #3 or #5 at ratio of 10: 1
Silicone thinner: not necessary
2. Operations
Printing mixing silicone ink on the backside of the fabric
Machine set temp :Upper mold 180=200 degree Bottom mold 80-100 degree
Heating time 8-15 seconds (depends on temp and design size )
Can stick a thin fabric on the printing fabric backside (depends on design )
